Designed for tenant isolation and controlled integrations.
This page describes the safeguards implemented in TimesOps and the operational controls that should remain part of every production deployment.
Tenant isolation
Core CRM, Alex, channel and call-center data is scoped to the active company/tenant in the application layer.
Protected credentials
Provider secrets are kept server-side and sensitive integration values are designed for encrypted storage rather than public JavaScript.
Signed/provider callbacks
Channel and voice integrations use tenant-bound callback tokens and provider-verification controls where supported.
Usage safeguards
SaaS plans limit AI requests, tokens, messages, calls, channels, numbers and staff resources. Tenant AI governance adds an emergency stop, daily request ceilings, token/cost safeguards and model policy.
Human control
Alex can hand conversations to staff and human takeover prevents automatic AI from continuing until returned to Alex.
Production operations
The owner Launch Center tracks error incidents, cron/scheduler heartbeat, queue mode, webhook operations, mutation audit events, subscription lifecycle and backup verification. Real hosting backups still need to be enabled and checked by the operator.
