Data Processing Information
A practical overview for businesses evaluating TimesOps.
Roles
For business data placed in a tenant, the business typically determines why and how its customer information is used. TimesOps processes that information to provide the configured service.
Categories
Depending on modules used, processing may include CRM profiles, contact details, messages, commerce events, tasks, call metadata, recordings when enabled, support records and integration identifiers.
Subprocessors and connected providers
Customers choose which external providers they connect. Provider-specific processing should be reviewed before production connection, especially for international transfers or regulated data.
Security measures
Tenant scoping, server-side credentials, access controls, callback verification, audit/event records and operational monitoring are part of the service design. Production deployments should maintain backups and recovery procedures.
Contracting
Customers requiring a signed DPA or specific cross-border terms should contact the TimesOps team before production rollout.
