TimesOps Housing Support

Run housing and homelessness services with clear operational control.

Bring shelter operations, clients, cases, stays, assessments, documents, privacy, reporting and Canadian readiness workflows into one tenant-isolated TimesOps workspace.

✓ Company + organisation isolation✓ Role-based access✓ Customer-approved mapping governance

TimesOps does not claim HIFIS certification. Direct HIFIS transmission is not enabled in this release.

One workspace for the day-to-day work.

Housing Support is a TimesOps module, not a separate customer database. Tenant and organisation scoping stays enforced across the workflow.

01

Clients, cases & stays

Manage client profiles, assigned casework, admissions, discharges, follow-ups and structured service history.

02

Facilities, rooms & beds

Track facilities, room capacity, bed availability and operational occupancy without mixing organisations.

03

Assessments & documents

Use structured assessments, controlled registers, uploaded documents and role-aware access.

04

Privacy, consent & audit

Record consent decisions, privacy requests and audit activity while keeping sensitive records permission-scoped.

05

Management reporting

Review programme, occupancy and operational metrics with restricted exports where appropriate.

06

Alex AI, when entitled

Use the same tenant AI allowance and policy controls as the rest of TimesOps. Housing does not create a separate AI wallet.

Prepare the configuration before anyone calls it ready.

For eligible Canadian deployments, TimesOps separates operational data collection from technical mapping approval and production-readiness governance.

  • Structured Canadian intake and anonymous turnaway staging
  • Annex A field-readiness dashboard and technical preflight
  • Local vocabulary mapping review without inferring sensitive identity data
  • CSV mapping packs with validation, customer approval and conflict protection
  • Version comparison, governance metadata and guarded rollback
  • Production-onboarding checklist with explicit blockers
Governance sequence

From configuration to controlled production readiness.

Each step stays explicit so a customer can see what is configured, reviewed and still blocked.

  1. 1
Configure provider profileRecord service-provider and community context.
  2. 2
Review local mapping vocabularyUse customer/community-approved values only.
  3. 3
Record customer sign-offCapture the decision reference and governance notes.
  4. 4
Run readiness preflightSurface mandatory blockers before production use.
  5. 5
Record Production-ready in TimesOpsOnly after required blockers are cleared.
No step authorises government submission or HIFIS transmission.

What TimesOps deliberately does not assume.

Readiness and governance are technical controls, not certification claims.

No inferred sensitive identity

Structured identity data must come from the client/representative or an authorised verified record.

No silent mapping overwrite

Approved live mappings are protected from conflicting imports and later changes.

No destructive downgrade

If a plan no longer includes an advanced Housing feature, records stay preserved; access becomes plan-restricted.

No HIFIS-certified claim

TimesOps can support readiness workflows without representing itself as certified by the Government of Canada.

Housing capabilities follow your published TimesOps plan.

The owner decides module and advanced Housing entitlements in Owner → Plans. Tenant activation and staff permissions still apply.

Displayed plan access comes from published Owner → Plans records. A Housing entitlement does not grant staff permission, mark a workspace production-ready, connect HIFIS, or replace customer/community approval.
