Submit a formal privacy request to TimesOps. We verify authority before disclosing, changing or deleting account/service data.
How requests are handled
Choose the request type, identify the account/company and explain what you need. We may ask for additional verification before taking action.
Business-customer records
If your data belongs to a company using TimesOps, that company is normally the controller of its tenant customer records. Contact that business first where appropriate.
Retention limits
Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, accounting, fraud prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
